Dr. Bob was drawn to dentistry and orthodontics because he loves being able to make people feel better about themselves. One of the things he enjoys most about being an orthodontist are the interactions with patients throughout their treatment and watching their smiles become more confident over time.
For younger children or patients with more severe orthodontic issues, traditional braces are an efficient treatment that provides beautiful results.

Clear aligners make it easy for patients to straighten their smiles without a highly visible treatment. We offer Invisalign, 3M Clarity, Spark, and Suresmile.
If your child is between the ages of seven and eight and shows signs of needing orthodontic care, you should schedule a consultation. These signs include difficulty chewing and/or biting, mouth breathing, speech impediments, and protruding teeth.
Common orthodontic issues include crowding of the teeth, too much space between the teeth, jaw growth problems, protruding teeth, and bad bites. These issues can be inherited genetically or caused by an injury to the mouth, early or late loss of baby teeth, or thumb-sucking habits.
Typically, traditional metal braces are better for treating more severe orthodontic cases and for childhood orthodontic correction. Invisalign, 3M Clarity, and Six Month Smiles are recommended for adults or those who only have minor orthodontic issues. During your consultation, Dr. Bob will offer honest advice and make recommendations based on your preferences, needs, and budget.
